Editorial policy
Dynamic City Journal aims to make urban design easier to understand without overstating what a source or example can establish. We distinguish explanation from opinion and make room for uncertainty where the subject calls for it.
Accuracy and sources
We check factual claims against suitable sources and use them to support the specific point being made. We distinguish established context from interpretation, avoid inventing examples or data, and do not imply that one place represents every city. Articles should be useful without requiring readers to rely on unsupported statistics or claims of first-hand testing.
Independence and partnerships
Editorial decisions remain separate from commercial arrangements. Paid or partner material is clearly labelled where it appears, so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage, and we do not present a commercial claim as an editorial finding.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or a significant omission, contact us with the article title and the detail in question. We review correction requests and update material when warranted; a correction should make the change clear rather than silently preserve a misleading impression.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be AI-generated. Illustrative images are not evidence of a real street, building, plan or event, and should not be read as documentary photographs.
